Building production systems that translate creative intent into scalable execution.
About project
This project documents the sourcing and production framework developed to translate structured garment concepts into reliable manufacturing outcomes.
The focus was not only on design — but on building a repeatable system covering supplier selection, technical documentation, quality control and cost structure alignment.

Project overview
The production framework was designed around five pillars:
– Clear technical documentation
– Supplier specialization alignment
– Material consistency across batches
– Hardware durability testing
– Margin-aware cost planning
The objective was to reduce sampling errors and ensure that creative direction translated precisely into final production.
What I did
Defined sourcing criteria and evaluated suppliers based on material capability and structural execution.
Developed technical pack standards covering measurement grading, labeling placement and hardware attachment.
Implemented sampling checkpoints and wash-test validation processes.
Structured cost breakdown models to align product ambition with production reality.
